Week 1 Day 1 Introduction - Transformation for SEA lifestyle
Welcome to week one - Introduction
I'm relocating to SEA and working on changing my body to fit with the Asian aesthetic. My goal is to stay healthy while reducing my body fat to 18 percent. My current body size is a US8 / UK10 / EU 38. The last time I lived in SEA, I was a size EU 40 / UK 12 / US10.
I will be sharing my measurements, my food plan for the day and my workout. The workout is based on the Gold Gym's twelve week transformation. I am making my own workout plan for women in SEA but the basics I'm following for the next twelve weeks are shared by Gold's gym on their website.
