I'm keeping track of my detox in a journal and decided to make it a wellness self study which I'm posting online on a blog, Getting rid of donuts. The first 30 days are being used for a course and I decided not to follow the Gold's gym routine and focus on preparing for snowboarding season by training for the sport.
I'm working with firmsme to add the information from the detox thirty days to an online class that will be offered on health storrey for their wellness detoxes.
